Returns/Refund Policy

15 Day Refund Policy:

LunarBlades can refund within 15 days after your order delivered. This is a conditional refund, If you do not like the product we may or may not be able to exchange it for something else depending on the case. This is a case by case basis, there must be a good and valid reason for wanting money back. In some cases we may require you to return your item so that we can issue a refund.

Defective Product Policy (15 Days After Delivery):

1. Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing a refund. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). Attachment size must be under 2MB for the please send attachments to Dom@lunarblades.com

2. After LunarBlades has received the image of the defective item we will either issue a refund for the item (not including shipping) or choose to ship out a new item for free. (this will be decided by the LunarBlades Team)

Before Delivery:

There are no refunds before delivery (in most cases), once an item has shipped you must wait till the item is delivered to get a refund. If an item is processed or sent late you may be eligible for a refund, if an item is sent on time but delivered late this is a matter of the shipping companies delivery time which is a variable uncontrollable by us so it will not be eligible for a refund.

Wrong Or Missing Item

If you get the wrong item or missing item: 


1. Contact our customer support with your order number and your name.  


2. Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received.


With valid proof you may be eligible for a refund or for us to send you the correct product.
